Badminton; a sport that demands excellent fitness: players
require aerobic stamina, agility, strength, speed and precision.
It is also a technical sport, requiring good motor coordination
and the development of sophisticated racquet movements.

Or .... it can be played for fun in the back garden !!

Message from our Chairman, Steven Chappell:

As the season is coming to an end I would like to invite you to attend an end of season meeting
to discuss the season gone, as well as look forward to planning for the 2018/19 season.
During this meeting it would be good to get some feedback from the clubs regarding the past year
as well as get an idea as to how many teams each club is looking to put in the league next year.

The meeting shall take place during the league playoffs scheduled for
the 30th of March @ Kincorth Leisure Centre.
The playoffs are 6pm to 10pm and this meeting will be at 7pm.
If you are unable to attend please feel free to invite someone else to attend on behalf of the club.
